The City of Newcastle Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, to receive public comment on which proposed amendments to the Newcastle Comprehensive Plan should be considered for further review as part of the 2021 Plan Update Docket. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m.
In compliance with state and local public health provisions and to continue to safeguard public health and safety, the meeting will be held remotely by video conference. Instructions for attendance will be posted on the city event calendar:
All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard concerning the plan amendment docket. Written comment received by 4 p.m. on the date of the hearing will be distributed to the commission prior to the meeting.
