Newcastle has been ranked by Money Magazine as one of the best small towns in America, in part due to our diverse, vibrant neighborhoods. Working with residents to support these neighborhoods is part of our daily business at Newcastle City Hall. The city values the meaningful participation of the community in city decision-making processes and services. By providing information, discussing issues and receiving input through a variety of formats, individuals and key stakeholder groups are encouraged to be informed and get involved.

The Neighborhood Associations page will link you to neighborhood/HOAs and provide contact information for neighborhood leaders and meeting schedules.

The Community Improvement Grants provides Newcastle communities the opportunity to apply for City funds to improve the quality of life in our local neighborhoods.

Go to the Community Resource Guide for links to existing City and area resources aimed at providing you with the tools you need to stay informed about city services, public safety, human resources, recreation, utilities, schools, animal services, licenses, permitting, and more.
