The Newcastle City Council will hold a special meeting on November 10, 2020, to discuss the preliminary 2021 budget and likely take action on amendments. The meeting begins at 3 p.m. There will be no public comment taken during this meeting. View the full meeting agenda packet here. To protect the health and safety of our residents, Councilmembers and staff, the City Council meeting will be held via video conference. Members of the public will still have a chance to listen and watch. If you'd like to offer feedback on the preliminary 2021 budget, please email your Councilmembers at [email protected].

— Residents can watch and listen to the meeting online by using any web-enabled device to access this link. Zoom will walk you through the setup. If you log-in through the Zoom app, it will ask for your name and email address. If you join the meeting from your browser, you will only be asked to submit your name.
