Parade & Opening Ceremonies

Nothing kicks off a festival better than a community parade! Enjoy the sights and sounds of local performers, school teams, and area Scouts, led by Newcastle's favorite bagpiper Neil Hubbard. Our mini parade is a short loop around Lake Boren Park that ends at the main stage for the official Newcastle Days opening ceremony and welcome.

Stage Entertainment

One of the truly unique aspects of Newcastle Days is the main stage entertainment. The schedule is jam-packed with performances from local students, community members, and professional performers.
