The Newcastle, Washington, city council will hold a special meeting Tuesday, April 4, 2023, beginning at 6 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a study session on the city’s 2023 contribution to A Regional Coalition for Housing (ARCH) and an executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss matter(s) relating to potential litigation and legal risk. No final actions will be taken during the executive session, which is closed to the public pursuant to state law. Following the special meeting, the city council will convene its regular meeting in council chambers at or shortly after 7 p.m.
