All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard concerning the proposed project. The general public shall have 3 minutes, per person, for their public testimony. Public testimony time periods are as follows: January 28, 2022, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and until all members present have testified, or until 5 :00 p.m., whichever occurs first, and from 6:00 p.m. until all members present have testified, or until 9:00 p.m., whichever occurs first, and continuing on January 31, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until completed. The public is encouraged to submit written testimony prior to 5 p.m. on January 7, 2022. Written comments received by 5 p.m. on January 30, 2022, will be included in the meeting record.
