A Message from the City of Newcastle: The City of Newcastle has made the very tough decision to cancel our 2020 Newcastle Days festival on Sept. 12. Unfortunately, there was too much uncertainty related to the COVID-19 outbreak and our staff and volunteers just do not feel we could safely hold the event and ensure everyone’s public health.

Saturday, Sept. 12, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Lake Boren Park

Vendor Booth

Do you have a craft, product or information that you would like to showcase at Newcastle Days?
Newcastle Days joins residents, businesses, organizations and Puget Sound region tourists for a wonderful variety of events and special features for youth, families and seniors. Annual favorites include a parade, car show, visual and performing arts, recreation, food, exhibitions, vendor and community booths, beer garden, numerous children’s activities and stage entertainment. Newcastle Days attracts about 4,000 people throughout the day.

Vendor and Community Booth Details
Vendors are in the park on Saturday. Previous vendor booths have included books, candles, bird feeders, artwork, jewelry, skincare, pet products as well as information on wellness, financial retirement and investment, home improvement, nonprofit organizations and environmental education. In 2020, priority will be given to vendors featuring retail products, handmade/handcraft goods and artists.

Applications and payment are due by Aug. 2, but apply by July 1 for Early-Bird Pricing. Application submission does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will be confirmed and notified as they are received, but no later than Aug. 14, 2020. All vendors must submit a General Vendor Application and a fee with a complete description of your product, information, or what you will be providing. Vendors are encouraged to incorporate an interactive activity or game in their booths. For additional information contact [email protected].
