The Newcastle, Washington, City Council will hold a special meeting Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to recess to executive session to consider matter(s) related to pending or potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) and performance of a public employee pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g). Executive sessions are closed to the public pursuant to state law.
The executive session is estimated to last 90 minutes, after which a regular meeting is scheduled in Council Chambers at Newcastle City Hall beginning at or shortly after 7 p.m.
