Project Description: The proposed development will include 50 single-family dwelling units for sale on a 13.69 acre site. Project includes a 5–6 acre park & nature preserve with approximately 1.6 acres of active space inclusive of playground and picnic area with shelter. The project also includes approximately ½ miles of trails and restoration of environmentally sensitive areas.
